When an NDIS Plan is Plan-managed, a Plan Manager helps you manage part of your NDIS funding.
A Keys Plan Manager is an NDIS registered service provider who can manage your NDIS funding. This means that you are entirely in charge of your NDIS funding approved in a plan, and you have more choices and flexibility with support services you can access.

Performance Measures
- The service providers’ invoices that are in by Wednesday are paid by Friday.
- Your receipts and reimbursements for out-of-pocket purchases are refunded within 2-3 business working days.
- Our payment software lets you access and track your NDIS budget and expenses.
- You are sent monthly NDIS budget statements and reports.
- Your documents and records management are stored securely.
- All your service bookings are scheduled according to the allocated budget in the provider service agreements.
- A list of local service providers will be provided.
- Information about NDIS pricing and charges per line item or per service will be shared with you.
- We will ensure that providers charge you the right amount.
- When changing to another Plan Manager, we will send NDIS budget statements and reports so that you know how much NDIS funding is left.
