Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Community Services, she’s progressed from a support worker to a management role as an NDIS Service Coordinator. In this capacity, she’s guided participants to achieve their NDIS goals. Now, as an NDIS Plan Manager, Sharoja embraces new challenges, embodying a commitment to continuous development and inspiring those around her.

As an Admin Support and Referral Intake Coordinator, Aker uses her organisational skills and sector knowledge to assist with referral processes, administration, and ensuring a smooth experience for those accessing our services.
